Q. Do you offer print services?
A. I offer digital photos in basic packages. I will deliver your final choices to you in a downloadable, sharable gallery in Dropbox or Session. I offer custom printing options such as acrylic block, metal prints, canvas and books. Stay tuned for my new print packages and branded business offerings.
Q. Do you offer studio photography as well as on location?
A. Yes! We can make an appointment to meet at my studio. We can also meet on a mutually decided upon location depending on the scope and vision of the project or creative portrait session. Location scouting and rental fees will be added to the package. I organize VIP pop-up headshot specials at cool locations monthly.
Q. How can I pay for my session with you?
A. A $250 Creative Fee deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve a date for packages over $500 for consultation and planning. Remainder is due 5 days before the session. I accept checks, cash, PayPal, Stripe, Venmo. Payment currently easily accepted through the Session planform.
Q. What can I expect after the shoot?
A. I will forward you proofs to choose your favorite images included in your package. Additional images over the amount included in the package are $35 each. Once I receive your choices, turn around time is 5-10 business days.
Q. What if I need my photos quicker than your regular deliver time?
A. There is a $250 rush fee for a 48-72 hour turn around. We can discuss your needs at the time of booking.
Q. Do I have to pay extra for specific usage or licensing?
A. These portraits are of you and your business for you! I am happy to give you unlimited usage for all of your business and promotional needs. Full licensing is stated in the contract.
Q. Do you retouch the photos?
A. I retouch all of the images using Photoshop & Lightroom. I'm happy to talk to you about your preferences. I take great care in retouching them myself because I want everyone to love the final product. I can also deliver Black & White and/or other filters on the final favorites.
Q. Are you willing to travel outside of Austin, TX, for a project?
A. Yes! I am open to documenting retreats, workshops, events, conferences, corporate team sessions, and business promotions upon availability. Contact me for travel pricing.
Q. Do you have photo session events in other states?
A. Yes! I have a few planned throughout the year. Please check my Mini Sessions & Specials page to see if I'm coming to a city near you. I can plan something with you if you have a specific idea or need individual portraits of your group, team, or gathering.
